The Brief
Xamsa had built a reputation in the squash world for producing serious equipment at honest prices, but breaking into the Canadian market properly required more than a shipping address. The brand needed a dedicated Canadian e-commerce presence — one that could represent their product range clearly, build trust with new customers, and support the kind of growth they were planning. A key part of that was promoting their demo programme, which lets players try a racket before committing to a purchase — a strong differentiator that needed to be front and centre, not buried in a footer.
What We Built
We designed and built a custom e-commerce platform for Xamsa's Canadian website, tailored to their catalogue and the expectations of a new regional audience. The focus was on clear product presentation — helping players understand the differences between models like the PXT, Obsidian, Onyx, and Crucible series — alongside a purchase flow built for reliability and ease. The demo programme was given proper visibility within the site structure, making it easy for prospective customers to find and sign up before they ever reached the checkout.
The Result
Xamsa now has a proper Canadian storefront that matches the quality of the equipment it sells. Players across the country can browse, compare, order with confidence, or request a demo racket before they buy — lowering the barrier to trying a brand they might not have heard of yet. It's a solid foundation for a specialist brand making a deliberate move into a new market.
