How do you handle project communication and reporting?

You're never chasing an update. Our team is always reachable for questions, and if something needs a proper conversation, we jump on a call rather than burying it in a thread.
Can I contact developers directly or only through a project manager?
Either — it's entirely up to you. If you want to discuss technical decisions directly with the developer working on your project, that's fine with us. If you'd rather keep everything routed through a project manager, we'll work that way. Most clients land somewhere in between depending on the topic.
Can you build an MVP for a startup?

What happens if the project scope changes?
It happens on almost every project and it's not a problem. We handle scope changes in a structured way — assessing the impact on timeline and budget, agreeing it with you before proceeding, and adjusting the plan accordingly. No surprises, no resentment.
Do you use AI to write code?
Yes, but not the way you might think. There's a lot of noise right now about "vibe coding" — pasting client notes into an AI and shipping whatever comes out. That's not what we do. We use AI coding assistants in a deliberate, controlled way that keeps a senior engineer in the loop at every step. The output gets reviewed, tested, and owned by the team — not blindly accepted. AI speeds up the right parts of the process; it doesn't replace the judgement that makes software actually work.
Can you work with our existing product?
Yes — in fact most of our work involves products that already exist. Whether your codebase has grown hard to maintain, your performance has slipped, or you just need a significant redesign, we can help. We start by analysing what's actually going on — performance metrics, code quality, architecture — and then recommend the most practical path forward, whether that's incremental improvement, targeted rewrites, or a full rebuild. We won't push you toward more work than the situation calls for.
Can you build a SaaS product on WordPress?
No — and we'd be doing you a disservice if we agreed to. WordPress is a solid tool for content-driven websites, but it wasn't designed for SaaS architecture and using it that way tends to create serious problems down the line. Do you offer post-launch maintenance and support?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and support contracts so there's always someone who knows the codebase available when you need them — whether that's fixing something unexpected, rolling out updates, or handling infrastructure issues. You won't be left on your own after launch.
How do you handle security and data privacy?
Very seriously. Security isn't something we bolt on at the end — it's considered at the architecture stage and throughout development. This includes secure coding practices, data encryption, access control, and compliance considerations relevant to your industry. If your product handles sensitive user data, we'll make sure the right measures are in place from day one.
Can we start with a small paid test project?
Yes — and we think it's a sensible way to start. A small scoped project lets both sides get a feel for how we work together before committing to something larger. If it goes well, scaling up is straightforward. If for any reason it's not the right fit, you've lost very little finding that out.
